A Yankee Stadium Engagement

When Noemi and Eddie had contacted me about photographing their engagement session with a Yankee theme, I was literally bustin' out at the seams with excitement.  Besides family and photography, there is nothing I love more than the Yankees.  To be able to photograph an engaged couple with as much (if not more) passion for the Bronx Bombers was simply awesome.  I mean, they got engaged at the Stadium!  These are Eddie's words on his proposal at the Stadium - "For my love Noemi, this was the only way to do it".  Doesn't that just melt your little Yankee heart?

Anyway, it was a fun afternoon with Noemi, Eddie and Sandra, our tour guide.  The last photo above was the same exact spot where the proposal occurred (notice the monster screen?).  High noon lighting was not the ideal condition for photography during the tour, but we were able to find some open shade at different times.  My best wishes to Noemi and Eddie as you prepare for your big day in sunny Florida!  Lastly I'll end with the keychain souvenir that we received from our private Stadium tour.  How about them Yan-keys?!?  :)  I know I know, I crack myself up.

Under a veil of happiness

Five years ago, before our closest family and friends, we received the sacrament of matrimony.  Upon this foundation on which our lives were built, today more than ever, I feel blessed with a most supportive wife, two beautiful young ladies and another baby we are excited to meet (come on Y chromosome, don't fail me now).  Here's to five years! Saleena Marie

I'm happy to be covering Saleena's Sweet 16th mardi-gras themed birthday party in a couple of weeks.  It was a fun (and chilly) afternoon with Saleena and her two brothers, Bito and Matthew.  Looking forward to the party!
